Process blog post -- Week #16

At first, starting this project was really hard because I didn't know what I was doing. I felt burnt out and couldn't figure out what I wanted to do. I had to add more figures and movement, but I wasn't sure how to combine the two and my graffiti style art without it clashing.

Ultimately, I figured it out even though it took soooo long. I ended up leading to more of a graffiti style mixed with japanese style grafiti. Japanese style graffiti I noticed has a lot of colors and thicker lines. I wanted to continue having bold lines, like a comic style art, which is what I've been doing. But something felt missing so I tried to add texture. I wanted to mimic how a child messes up their parents' work, so I added orange juice mixed with paint and poured it all over the work. Then I added more acrylic on top, which somehow made the colors look bolder.
